About this event
Hospitality and Event Management is a team case study where competitors receive a scenario -- planning a corporate conference, fundraising gala, product launch, or similar event -- and present a full event plan to judges, who are often hospitality industry professionals. Strong plans address every operational dimension: venue selection, catering, marketing, attendee experience, budget with contingencies, and risk mitigation. The scenario changes each year; the operational excellence expected does not.
