About this event
Impromptu Speaking gives competitors 5 minutes to prepare and deliver a 1-4 minute speech on a randomly assigned topic (a quote, a question, or a current-events scenario). Judges score on organization, content quality, delivery, and time management. The PREP framework (Point, Reason, Example, Point) is the most reliable structure for immediate use under pressure.
