About this event
Intro to Public Speaking is the 9th-10th grade version of the Public Speaking event. Competitors deliver a prepared 3-5 minute speech on an annually assigned topic. Judging focuses on content quality, structure, delivery fundamentals, and audience engagement. This is the ideal entry point for competitive public speaking in FBLA - building habits early pays off at State and NLC.
